1.It is better to start this diet in summer or autumn, when fruits, vegetables and berries are more available. The principles of the diet are that every day you can eat only a certain set of foods in any quantity. On the first day, any vegetables are allowed, except for potatoes, but they must be without heat treatment. You can make a salad with the addition of a small amount of vegetable or olive oil. On Tuesday, you can eat fruits, with the exception of bananas. Also, if desired, it is allowed to make a fruit salad with low-fat yogurt. Fruit is best divided into portions and eaten evenly throughout the day. Do not forget that you need to drink more pure boiled water.

2.The third day is berry, you can eat your favorite berries in any quantity. If it’s winter outside, replace the berries with raw vegetables. On the fourth day, eat one of any fermented milk products. A little fat-free cottage cheese with honey is also allowed. Cottage cheese is best before 12 noon. The fifth day will again be vegetable, but the diet is wider. You can eat a baked potato with olive oil. On the sixth day, berries are recommended, in addition to them, dried fruits are allowed in small quantities, green tea, tea with lemon. At night – a glass of kefir with a small fat content.

3.On the last day of the diet, drink only juice, it is best if it is grapefruit or orange. At the end of the diet, do not attack food, do not eat in the evening, limit the use of sweets and starchy foods. It is better not to eat meat for another five days. Eat more often so as not to have time to get hungry, but in small portions. During this time, the body will get used to a certain diet, and it will be easier for you to stick to it.
