Probably, every person at least once in his life has come across a situation where even from a small piece of foods, the stomach will rapidly change like a balloon.
According to nutritionists, this is due to the fact that you ate incompatible foods or vegetables and fruits that cause increased gas formation.
In order not to get into an unpleasant situation, we advise you to carefully eat the following seven foods.
Watch What foods You Eat
- Bread and pastries are made from premium wheat flour. Made from refined and completely processed grains, flour is completely unhealthy. But it can harm you by inflating your stomach.
- Sparkling water. After drinking soda, gas accumulates in the stomach. Sometimes even heartburn occurs. As a rule, these sensations will be with you from 1 to 3 hours, unless you take a special medicine for flatulence.
- Deep-fried foods. Wings, potatoes, meatballs, and other goodies should be forgotten. For this is generally harmful food, saturated with salt, carcinogens, and other additives. Not only the liver suffers from them, but also all organs of the gastrointestinal tract.
- Cottage cheese or yogurt with jam. According to the nutritionist, you should not combine sweet jams and preserves with protein foods. For the stomach, this combination is one of the most difficult: while the proteins are slowly breaking down, the jam is already starting to ferment. As a result, a noisy motor starts to work in the stomach.
- Ice cream. We have repeatedly written that this is a real sugar bomb. Moreover, the product is digested by the stomach for a very long time, especially if it contains lactose.
- Grape. Another product, is a heavy product to digest. It causes increased gas formation in the stomach and provokes bloating in 90 percent of cases. Fructose is to blame for this, which is part of the grapes and the peel, which is difficult for the stomach to digest.
- Cabbage. Fresh cabbage always causes bloating. But there is good news: if the product is put out with dill, then there will be no harmful consequences.
