What are the delivery charges?
NGA offers a flat rate of Rs.50/- per consignment, irrespective of the number of products ordered for shipping to selected states in the country. Orders with value above Rs 500/- will be shipped without delivery charges.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Generally,NGA products ordered are delivered within 4 to 5 Working days. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery to certain destinations may take 5 to 7 Working days based on their geographic location and reach. Doctor/Distributor supplies will be through surface transport mode.
Are there any hidden costs (Sales tax, octroi etc.) on NGA products?
There are NO hidden charges when you purchase NGA products. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Sales tax, Octroi etc. if any applicable in the state of consumption, is the responsibility of the buyer.
